Thank you so much for posting my Kerry shoes which arrived at the Post Office today. I bought my first pair 3 years ago, which were suitable for my orthotics, to use for work as a registered nurse - they still look new with very little visible wear, and have been so comfortable.

It was a fluke that my husband Gary found your shop on the Internet - I am one very happy customer.

Yesterday I visited John’s Shoe Store in Midland, quite desperate yet pessimistic about finding a pair of shoes to wear to my son’s wedding - I am quite fussy about my shoes and my feet can be difficult to fit.

I was delighted to be greeted and then assisted in a sensible and friendly way by Melissa, even to be seated away from the other customers to put me at my ease while trying the shoes which made it so much more relaxing. At no time was I made to feel that I was putting Melissa to any trouble, and she was very quickly able to find me a shoe that not only fitted but was almost exactly what I was looking for.

I was so pleased with that, I asked for help with a work sandal and within a short while I had found a suitable pair of those as well. The range available is incredible for such a seemingly small shop.

It is so lovely to be treated with respect and with genuine interest, especially when making a difficult purchase. I will definitely be back, and will tell my friends too! I won’t bother going anywhere else. Thanks again.
